Everything I Packed for My Bachelorette

bachelorette outfit ideas

One of the best parts about getting engaged (other than getting to marry your person!) is all of the fun events that happen leading up to your wedding. There truly is nothing more special than getting to celebrate such a big moment in your life with the people you love. One of these events, which is one of the most exciting in my opinion, is your bachelorette. Whether you decide to go all out or keep things tame and relaxed, shopping for bridal outfits for your trip is always so much fun.

For my bachelorette, a few friends and I headed down to Scottsdale for a long weekend. I knew I wanted to keep things tame and relaxed but still have fun. Plus, the idea of flying home hungover didn’t seem too pleasant to me, and who doesn’t want to have a glorified slumber party and spend your day reading!? When it came to my wardrobe, I kept things simple but leaned into a sassier version of myself to celebrate the occasion.

Travel Options

When it comes to traveling, I am a comfort queen and usually gravitate towards leggings. For the flight down to Scottsdale, I opted for my favorite Madewell leggings (full review here!) and a bride sweatshirt but brought some extra basics with my for the flight home.

Target Ribbed Tank TopThese are hands down my favorite tanks! I wore this in white with leggings on our flight down to Scottsdale.

Madewell High-Rise LeggingsI am new to Madewell leggings but love them so much! I ended up wearing this pair down (in tan) with a white tank and my bride sweatshirt.

Bride SweatshirtThis was a last-minute purchase for the trip! Went with an XL for a roomier fit. It is on the thiner side and is pretty basic but it got the job done.

Lululemon Wunder Train LeggingsThese are my favorite Lululemon leggings! Perfect for travel days.

H&M Cotton T-ShirtIf you hate spending money on white t-shirts, this one from H&M is a great option. Perfect for traveling, too!

Daytime Options

I didn’t pack too many daytime options since we were mostly planning to be hanging by the pool but did pack a few things for brunch and exploring Old Town.

Amazon Two-Piece SetThis set is truly the best! I packed it in both white and black, but also have it in a light blue color. It’s easy to throw on, super breathable, and even doubles as a pool cover-up!

Strapless Twist-Knot TopThis top is a new favorite and looks so chic with a pair of trousers or wide leg pants.

Z SUPPLY Wide-Leg PantsThese are my favorite trousers/wide leg pants. The fit is perfection, they’re super comfy while still looking nice, and they have an elastic waistband on the back.

Target Ribbed Tank TopIn addition to packing a few of these for traveling, I also packed an extra black one to wear with my wide leg pants.

H&M Polka Dot DressThis has been one of my favorite dresses for years and is a dress I always pack when traveling. It’s so easy and looks cute with these sandals.

Evening Options

Packing for nighttime activities for your bachelorette is one of the funnest parts! I had been purchasing these types out outfits prior to even planning my bachelorette so I was excited to wear all of them.

OPT Cloud Mini DressSelkie’s more affordable little sister. I wore this for one of our engagement sessions and knew it had to come to Scottsdale with me.

Twist-Knot Midi DressIf you’re going on your bachelorette, you need this dress! I brought it in white and in black and wore them both.

Pearl & Rhinestone Mesh DressI styled this over the white version of the twist-knot midi dress and it was SO good.

LAMARQUE Strapless TopHow fun is this top?!? I absolutely had to bring it and am already scheming of when I’m going to wear it next.

It’s no secret that Scottsdale is HOT, especially in the summer months, so we made sure to get an Airbnb with a pool. Since the weekend was very relaxed, we ended up spending a lot of time floating and I brought all of my favorite Summersalt bathing suits with me!

Summersalt Plunge Bikini Top & Mid-Rise Bottoms (c/o) – This is my first two piece bathing suit from Summersalt and I love it so much. The mid-rise bottoms fit so well and it looks incredible with a fun cover up.

Summersalt Silky Palazzo PantsThese are truly the softest pants ever and are so chic over your favorite swimwear. Run TTS and have a great high-rise! Need them in more colors asap.

Summersalt Ruffle Back Flip One-Piece (c/o) – The color combo of this suit is so good and I love the extra cleavage.

Summersalt Sidestroke One-Piece (c/o) – The best one piece if you’re looking for a little more coverage. It’s also extremely flattering!

Summersalt Ruffle Oasis One-Piece (c/o) – This suit is so flattering and I love the cut for pre-wedding festivities! I would just pull down the straps to avoid tan lines.

P.S. Get $$ off your Summersalt order with code RACHELMARTINJS10
