Tunics have been my jam as of late, and this black ribbed tunic from Anthropologie is seriously the best and makes for an easy date night look. One of my favorite things about this tunic is that it’s casual enough where you can wear it out on a date with heels or flats (!!!) or you can pair it with leggings and sneakers for on the go. The material is super soft and weirdly stretchy but it doesn’t lose shape (even after you wash and dry it!). I love the sleeve length and the bat wing like armpits because lets face it, it adds more flow and when you’re out on a date you want to eat as much as you want without seeing the evidence.
I love pairing mine with a pendant necklace and a rocking lip color. Between the new Baublebar line at Target and the new Liquid Lip Velvet lip colors from Burberry, all I need to add for a cute date night look is a cute top and a fun heel. If you haven’t tried out the new Burberyy Liquid Lip Velvet’s yet, I *highly* suggest them! I have both the bright plum (which I’m wearing in these pictures!) and the fawn colors, plus the lip definer and highlighting luminous pen. I can’t say enough good things about all of these products! The colors are stunning, they’re moisturizing and feel like velvet on your lips, and they are long lasting – four things I always look for in a lip color. And well worth the money!
